These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Songyuan Yanzi Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Handsome Time (Handsome Time, we, us, or our), governing your access to and use of the handsometime.buzz website (the Site) and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by Handsome Time (collectively, the Services).

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project shall be set forth in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or service proposal executed by both parties. These Terms apply to all engagements unless expressly superseded by a signed agreement.

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

When using the Site and Services, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or communication channel.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our express written consent.

For custom work delivered as part of a client engagement, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms shall be defined in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Site content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Songyuan, Jilin Province, China.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty days of such notice, either party may pursue any available legal remedies.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Site or these Terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will cease immediately. 15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
